The Certificate of origin - it is a document, which proves that this production was made up on the territory of the definite country or state. This document first of all is necessary for the participants of the trade exchange process - for the receiving of customs privilege, freedom from the additional customs duties (in case if it is foreseen by the mutual agreements of such a kind between the countries-participants of the customs contract).

There different types of origin certificate in dependence from with partner from what country the contract for export or import of goods is acting:
- ST-1;
- form "А";
- the certificate of origin of a general type.

ST-1 is necessary in that case, when the trade-buying activity is conducted mutually with the organization, which is placed in one of the SNG (SNS) countries or in Uzbekistan.

The form "A" is necessary while import or export of trade load on the territory of one states from "distant foreign", which belong to the participants of GSP system takes place.
