Ecological certificate

The Certificate of correspondence of EVRO-3 proves, that car which is imported on the territory of Russian Federation corresponds to the requirements of Technical regalement of Rostechregulation "About the requirements to waists of harmful substances coming out from the automobile techniques, which are used on the territory of Russian Federation". This means that car corresponds to the ecological class EVRO-3.

The list of documents, which are necessary for certificates EVRO-3 filling out:

For physical persons
- demand (with date and stamp) for the car owner;
- the passport of means of transportation (TITLE, BRIF) with well readable features: VIN, date of model issuing, date of passport giving out;
- the reference about the consistence of harmful substances in burnt gases (CO and CH), which must not high the levels on the exhaust (if the car was issued till the 1997 year). The reference must be given by the service centre, having the license for conducting such types of work. The documents with the original (dark blue) stamp of the service centre with the conclusion to conduct the works on finding out the consistence of CO and CH must be attached to this reference.
- passport copy of the physical person, for whom the certificate will be filled out (the owner of the car);
- proxy’s copy, which is certified in a notarial way and passport copy of person, the owner of the car (if the certificate is being received by a proxy person).

For juridical persons
- demand (with date and stamp) for the car owner;
- the passport of means of transportation (TITLE, BRIF) with well readable features: VIN, date of model issuing, date of passport giving out;
- certificates (two) for the juridical person with dark blue stamps:
      - about the registration in taxation office,
      - about registration as a juridical person;
- the reference about the consistence of harmful substances in burnt gases (CO and CH), which must not high the levels on the exhaust (if the car was issued till the 1997 year). The reference must be given by the service centre, having the license for conducting such types of work. The documents with the original (dark blue) stamp of the service centre with the conclusion to conduct the works on finding out the consistence of CO and CH must be attached to this reference.
- proxy’copy, which is certified in a notarial way and passport copy of person, the owner of the car (if the certificate is being received by a proxy person).
